On May 16th, Friendly Fires released their second studio album Pala. These English disco rangers didn’t disappoint with this followup to their self-titled first album. Whereas Friendly Fires brought with it four of the most colorful, strange and trippy videos of 2008, Pala brings to the table that same vivid creativity with the concept, photography and songwriting. These guys just ooze feel good vibes, and I know anyone could take a listen to their stuff and find a new favorite song.
