For better or for worse, today’s YSLT is for songs that sound like Skrillex’s music. I see it as indication that Skrillex needs to explore his sound further, as to not fall into a self-diluting rhythm. To be fair though, he’s come out with the 120bpm Reptile, the moombahton track Amplifire, and the house hit All I Ask of You. Actually, now that I think about it… not bad, dude.
