Someone described to me with their beautiful tongue and beautiful metaphor why shitty plushy radio music exists. “It’s like fast food (the music on the radio), everyone eats it because it’s tasty and get’s the job done, but you can’t live off it.” I agree it’s a little pretentious and indie however what’s at the other end of the spectrum?
