Here at Radio Control Plan, we’re big fans of young producers with more talent than sense. When I found out one lived 10 minutes away from me, I couldn’t resist getting a sit-down set up. Enter Filippo Rocco, half of WFNM Sounds, an Italian collaboration born in 2009 between Filippo and his friend, Matthias Cordsen. Matthias is currently based out of Rome and Filippo is in Cardiff on a study-abroad programme. RCP Exclusive [#2] // Interview with Kreap

No one knows much about the origins of this Melbourne-based nu-disco producer, even his own bio can’t do much to clear up a lot of the mystery behind his musical career. RCP somehow got in touch with this elusive Aussie and seized the opportunity to explore the mystique behind what may be the most dangerous disco sounds to come out of Melbourne in a long time. With a hugely groovy Yelle Remix EP opening up 2012, we can only expect big, big things from Kreap this year – and we’ve got it all covered right here.
RCP Exclusive [#1] // Interview With Aylen
2011 ended hugely for Aylen, with his remixes trending nice and high on Hypem charts and a bumpin’ Dec 29th set at Pacha NYC alongside Afrojack, R3hab, Bobby Burns and Apster. Throughout the year, this New Jersey based producer/DJ had been keeping busy churning out remixes for tracks as hot as Avicii’s ‘Blessed’, David Guetta’s ‘Without You’, and Laidback Luke’s & Steve Aoki’s ‘Turbulence’. His latest creation, a remix of Skrillex and Ellie Goulding’s ‘Summit’, went wild on the blogoshpere and carried the hype behind Aylen to new heights – and this is just the beginning. Check out the intensely groovy electro house rendition of Skrillex’s mellow ‘Summit’ below then make the jump to find out what Aylen has in store for us in 2012.
