Amor Armor marks a movement towards the more technical, subtler sounds of UK house. Two mixes have been released under the name of Amor Armor already, Tourinquet and Stertke where we see tracks featured from UK powerhouses Joker and Silkie among others. If you’ve been looking for something different than the adrenaline-rushin’, fist-pumpin’, beat-droppin’ dirty house music to something more refined, vibey, and celebrates chill partying, Amor Armor will be your guide. In my personal opinion, grunge and bass can be a bit moody and minimal in the beginning and takes a while to get used to. But once you are hooked, you are HOOKED and there is no going back. Amor Armor’s newest mix features classic tracks from incredibly talented and young producers including Disclosure, Blawan and Bondax while still keeping true to his hip hop and indie roots with vocals of Gwen Stefani and Ellie Goulding.
